About our trainings

For more than 15 years we have been providing high quality, reasonably priced training for child care and family day care facilities nationwide. It is our goal to meet your compliance needs in a way that works with you and your facility and doesn’t break your budget. We started with a printed CE test that could be handed out to your staff and now we have developed an online format. Our training is easy to implement, and you can use our report features to keep track of your staffs progress and make sure your compliance records are ready when your state licensor shows up unannounced.

How our online training works

We have setup our training in such a way that you can manage it yourself. There are two separate logins. One is for the owner/director and the other is for your individual child care staff. The director (manager) can determine what trainings each staff member will take, can set deadlines for each individual training and can run reports at anytime to get a snap shot of the progress being made.

• Add your staff to your account, and then assign training topics from our entire catalog to your selected users
• Your staff is notified, they log in to read the online training content, take a quiz to validate topic comprehension, and then automatically get issued a certificate
• View and track all of your staff's training history
• View and print real-time reports for compliance

How to Purchase
